[Deptheads] Event Types

I will give this some thought when I get home, but my immediate note is that GMs in my department do not get to decide what is and is not a tournament, unless it's Sponsored. This has caused a few issues almost every convention with GMs thinking they have signed up to run a tournament (which affects whether they get a badge) but the game they submit does not meet the tournament criteria. There may be no easy solution to this problem, but I thought this would be an appropriate time and place to mention it.

I need a list of such games. If it’s long enough, I have to think hard how to handle the process.
