[Deptheads] Preliminary numbers

[Strategicon Department Heads]

I'm confident that one GoD GM was not counted. He came in and ran a game
for me, and before I could resolve his badge situation I had to leave the
con (sick daughter). He ended up only playing in a separate private
"in-room" game, so didn't end up getting a badge.
