[Deptheads] Department Head/Sr. Volunteer get together

I like the idea of Tara helping admin. I'm on FB too much also lol. RPG
Volunteers have their own page too which is helpful for them. I think dept
specific groups are just as important as a general group, if the dept likes
using that format.
