I brought in my own photographer this time; when the photos are ready, I'll let you know. We'll be posting them to social media as a department. One of my volunteers has agreed to take over Twitter duties for my department, and we'll be starting our own handle, if the board is okay with that.

Me.

Teri is our only consistent photographer. I can get a list to her pre-con of events for her to *try* to cover, but I don’t check my email much during con. She is also busy during the miniatures contest judging on Sunday, and typically has a dealer room schedule too. But, without Teri, we would have virtually nothing on the website most cons.

When Marketing gets better set up, I’d love all the photos posted to places like Facebook and Twitter, forwarded on to me. I just need to know which con and year it is; photographer name is also good. Other details are purely optional, but appreciated.

Really?

This is not meant as a slam on anyone in particular. As a group, we should have some system in place for photos/videos of events taking place to be published out there on the web as they happen. ALL Departments, ALL days. 

We have 6 months until Orccon....fix it.

Or lacking a Marketing photographer, can we get someone with a good camera down here to take some pics of the start of the tournament?
