[Deptheads] Need your VOLUNTEER requests asap

[Strategicon Department Heads]

I have returning volunteers and new ones who are all looking forward to
volunteering with great anticipation, enthusiasm, and hope. I would like to
start actually handing them over to the departments that need them. In the
past I've done the scheduling for some of you for your
not-regular-volunteers, but I'd much rather turn them over to the
department that they are going to be working in. I still would want to know
the days and times of your needs, which will help for me to match up the
right volunteer for the job.

I'm asking 3 things here: (1) please let me know approximately what your
needs will be for Gamex. I know it's early and with stuff happening it's
hard to know, but if I have some idea I can start putting this volunteer
thing together. I need number of volunteers or volunteer hours needing
filled, days, times.
(2) if you have not already provided a synopsis (short, long, or otherwise)
of what your volunteers are doing for you, please write something up and
get it to me. This helps me when I am trying to make the perfect
department/volunteer match.
(3) if you have any questions or want to tell me anything related to this,
please don't clutter up the list. Send me a private email or Facebook
message or Discord message. Email is probably the best, since I'll be able
to find it and refer back as needed.

If you have extra volunteers who would like to try their hand at something
new, or a volunteer who wants to bring a friend, or anything like that,
have them drop me an email (volunteer at strategicon.net) or submit a
volunteer inquiry from the website. We need more!
