[Deptheads] Who needs volunteers? And....

Hi Karla,

IF I do manage to get more donations for the sweepstakes, I will need
enough volunteers to sit in on all the events I have (which I won't get a
better idea of until a bit closer to con). They will need to make a little
speech beforehand letting people know that if they are 18+ and live in the
US they are granted an entry. They will need to have access to a shared
google excel sheet and input first/last names, and game played. We did this
privately through discord accounts or whispered via Zoom for those kind of
events. This is only for ING department games. That being said they would
need to be reliable and likely have a copy of TTS already. I had a few
people from last virtual con but unfortunately more than half of them were
not reliable and I will not be asking them to come back. As such, if this
is the case I would likely need 3-4 more people who are actively available
for the weekend so I can assign them games to sit in on. They would also
act as my ears and let me know if someone is being super unreasonable in a
game (hasn't been an issue yet) so that I can go in and address the
concerns.

I don't have a very good idea of number of events or available volunteers
yet. I'll let you know if I need more folks or if the sweepstakes is even
happening this con around. Just messaging to give context about what I'd
need the volunteers to do.
