[Deptheads] Minutes, fresh off the brain!

I think this is much like something like an earthquake hitting the Hilton. Would you expect the con to move hotels for 5 hrs, or at all?

We can only plan for so many contingencies. We are tied to a venue of sorts. GMs can consider back-up plans, but we really don’t have the resources to move the con on that short a notice.

The best I can see us doing is keep everyone informed of the situation via social media and our web site.
