[Deptheads] Virtual room locations

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Since I cannot change the room listings, I was wondering how we indicate
which chat channel the game is assigned to without having to direct people
for that session every time? How do we list where they go to limit the
amount of time I or one of my volunteers has to spend herding cats? The one
directive we have had since the beginning was to make the virtual
experience virtually the same. I am curious how other departments handled
that.
