Angelica’s method was the typical method used.
I get Jim’s issue. I think Indie New Games, has about 10 unique games of which most repeat multiple times, so the method got the most milage in ING. RPGs so far has about 35 events, of which maybe three are repeating games. That’s a lot of events to list, but not impossible. Still, it’s a lot more than a few rooms.
Jim, would it be possible to post a list of the events and their respective rooms in your HQ. Maybe split into a daily list. I’d suggest also putting the room in the Virtual plan.
I’ll keep trying to think of a better solution, but that’s what I have right now.

Last physical con I had shared a room at the same time with Karla and we were running games simultaneously. Approximately 6 games were in one room.So it would’ve been Newport B1, Newport B2, etc and then we’d have to state that somewhere in the description of the events and likely would lead to more confusion. So personally I think with those things in mind it does make sense to make it the actual game/event.

How do we list where they go to limit the amount of time I or one of my volunteers has to spend herding cats? The one directive we have had since the beginning was to make the virtual experience virtually the same. I am curious how other departments handled that.
