[Deptheads] Minutes, fresh off the brain!

So the whole reason I take minutes is to remember what was said at
meetings. Jim has said multiple times that his games often use Tabletop
Simulator. I didn't like, make it up for the minutes, yo. I might be
hallucinating, so there's always that, but I'm pretty sure I didn't
hallucinate this.
