[Deptheads] Looks like Orccon will be virtual

While immunizations will be going out over the next few months it's clear things will not be in place in time for a live Orccon to happen. The good news is Gamex will almost certainly happen barring issues with immunization and the vaccine(s) for COVID-19.

We will need to meet early January at the latest to start organizing a virtual Orccon. I'm guessing Sunday January 3 -- time TBD (aim for noon). That will give us about 6 weeks to get stuff together.

We will be officially announcing virtual Orccon as soon as the hotel signs off on physical Orccon hot happening, which I expect this week.
