[Deptheads] Live con memorial

[Strategicon Department Heads]

I just got word that Gary Gandara, one of my most involved GM's/volunteers
has passed due to Covid. I am certain that by the end of this, he will not
be the only one. Once we have a live con again, we should think about a
memorial to those we have lost during the pandemic. Although, I am certain
there will be a great deal of excitement at getting back to some
semblance of normalcy, there will also be a shroud over the event due to
loss and probably some remaining fear. To some extent, these people are our
gaming family and we should do something to bring people together.
