[Deptheads] Paperwork Updates!

Classification is the new term for Small/Medium/Large Tournament, Demo,
101, etc. - it's the new framing for Event Type, and Event Type is now
being used for something else.
That's the understanding I have at this point - I may still be wrong, and
I'm certainly not complete in my understanding of it.
