At least as close as we'll get -- 2500. It might go up as I'm still awaiting a piece of data (that's out of our control), but it will probably only put us up by 10 more at most. Only one refund post con -- lower than usual -- and that was initiated pre con. But yes, we hit, but just barely. Wasn't a stretch though -- we were solid across the board.

As is, this is with the normal fudge factor -- so back to normal calculations. The Math Trade + Virtual Flea Market was much more under control this show (we counted something like 3 without a badge -- down from 20+ last Gateway)

Breaking it down: 3rd best pre reg we've ever had (Orccon 2018, Gateway 2019), 3rd best at-the-door we've ever had (Orccon 2017, Gateway 2017). We were actually low on volunteers -- down from Orccon but up from Gateway last year.

We went way over the room budget. This will be addressed. Financially I don't actually know -- I got to pawn some stuff on Mark this year so I remain blissfully ignorant :-)
