Hi Tara,
First, I meant Classification, not Event Type, you already list the Event Type, LARP.
I understand. Adding the data of the Classification to the end of the Title is fine. It does need to be from the field though. The classification is not supposed to be in the Title on the site, because then it displays twice. Also, based on Gateway 2019 the title is not listing “Special” and I’m assuming “Sponsored”, if you had any.
I’m thinking of offering a checkbox to remove “Event” from the Classification when it’s not special or sponsored. This should clean up paperwork for departments that merge the title and classification, like yours. I’ll try to implement it soon.
Can I assume you use the Sign-Up Sheet Event Lists to get your data? If not, let me know what.

It does not behoove me to do the work to change my template to comply with this request when the information it will render unto you will be repetitive and unnecessary. We do not run tournaments. When something is a 101, it clearly says 101 in the title. When something is a playtest, it clearly says playtest in the title. These are rare events and we make sure the information is on the sheet and in the system, where you can easily access it as needed.

We strive to give you the information that you need, but as I have said many times before, our paperwork is difficult to change, space is at a premium, and I am unwilling to do the requisite work it would take without being told what the information will be used for and why it is necessary.
