 Hello everyone,
Below is a response I got to requests for event submissions.  I was wondering if a decision has been made for those who are in a similar position and are not comfortable returning in September but would lose pre-paid badges and/or Dealer Dollars.  I responded that there is likely an executive decision needed to address this issue, since it likely not unique.

I was actually really hoping the Con would be cancelled. I know that sounds shitty to say but I'm not going anywhere until we have a vaccine and more testing. I also have too much exposure at my work to people since I am in a diagnostic lab (cancer not COVID) but none of us have been able to work from home.
Anyway, I was wondering if you could help point me to the best contact...I still have my annual pass and I am hoping to push it out to next year instead of wasting it for a weekend I won't be there. (I might come for one day if it still happens, just to spend my dealer dollars....ugh my husband isn't going to be happy about that though...)

I have been given the go ahead to request submissions for events for Gateway in September.  As of right now, we are planning to be back at the LAX Hilton.  I do not have more details at this time, so I am simply asking for GM submissions for the Boardgames Department.  I will update you with more information as it comes in, or you can follow Strategicon Conventions on FB.
