[Deptheads] Discord Structure for Gateway 2020

Hello,

I have a few questions about how we want Discord to work relative to the
way it did at Gamex, and wish to ensure that everyone is on the same page
about it.

Comments are enabled for the document, and I very much welcome feedback as
well as answers to the various embedded questions. I'd also like to discuss
