[Deptheads] FYI KublaCon cancelled

[Strategicon Department Heads]

The convention is always Memorial Day weekend, in San Francisco. They
announced it on their FB page (not on their site yet). The reasons seem
compelling. I know we're waiting and seeing, which is fine, but just in
