[Deptheads] Virtual Gamex

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Tanya or Eric,
An attendee had a question about badge registration. When they registered
they got a paypal window and said that she couldn't go further than that.
Also had a question if the badge will show up on her account. Not sure if
this is an issue or user error.
