[Deptheads] Material for marketing email due today

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Play to Win (Watch to Win) will give con attendees 4 opportunities to win 1
of 4 games! Our awesome GM and his super fun family will play through each
scheduled game, and those registered and attending will have a chance to
win the game (winners will receive their prizes at the next con). Live
events will be broadcast on YouTube (unlisted) Saturday and Sunday at 10 am
and 2 pm.

That ^ is my blurb. I am wondering...will we have another marketing splash
beforehand? I would then use that opportunity to mention the games/sponsor
companies.
