[Deptheads] Virtual conbook weekend

This is going to be a lot different than usual -- there's large chunks that are getting dropped and other parts getting rewritten and still other parts that essentially are the same as before albeit with fewer events. So I'm going to send all proofs to the list. Feedback/corrections are always appreciated, and since this does not have to go to a printer with a hard deadline, we have a bit more time than usual to crank this out.

Still, it's going to be ongoing over the weekend. Expect to see proofs at random times, especially tomorrow.
