[Deptheads] Waitlist/Alternate players

[Strategicon Department Heads]

I worked on it as soon as I saw the email. As luck would have it, three different emails about three different problems came in to me in the 2 hours I wasn’t checking email. Such is life. :)

It seems I missed a limit check. I’m surprised it took 10 hrs to get commented on. :)
