[Deptheads] Players needing info

[Strategicon Department Heads]

As we have discussed during meetings, as far as the events go, we were told
that sign-ups were going to be up until the actual events themselves, so
GMS will literally be sending information about the games about 5-10
minutes before their event starts so people can sign up.
As far as the discord link, I have been asking when we are going to do
that, during meeting we said Thursday night or Friday, I asked in an email
if we could to it tomorrow morning because we are getting last minute
requests to change things on the server. Eric said "we can" Tanya said "I
was told Thursdsay," and honestly, I just want to know when it is being
sent myself, so that I can make sure the GMs have what they need. I was
under the impression that Eric or Tanya would be sending the link, so I was
more so inquiring myself.

I'm not making decisions here, but I am just reiterating what was discussed
on Sunday.
