[Deptheads] Messaging the Vaccine Upload Information

Hello,

I have just flipped the vaccine QR code upload system live momentarily.
Eric, I know that for the discord cons you had a way to send email to all
attendees; I think we need to do that again to get something like the
following out to attendees:

As previously mentioned, Strategicon is requiring proof of vaccination or,
for those ineligible, a negative COVID-19 test for every attendee as well
as a release form. If you wish to provide your proof of vaccination in
advance, online, you may be able to avoid standing in line to provide such
in person. If you were vaccinated in California and wish to provide the QR
code of your vaccination records online, you may navigate to
https://www.strategicon.net/?badges (the "Badges" page under "Account", if
you aren't already logged in). There, you will find a link to the COVID
Release Waiver and two new buttons--one to select an image file and another
to simultaneously accept said waiver and upload the image of your state
provided vaccination QR code. Doing so will put your name on the list of
people whose vaccination we have confirmed, and will allow you to proceed
directly to registration to retrieve your badge upon arrival at the
convention.

If you want to retrieve your QR code vaccine record, you may retrieve it
here https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/ . While we will verify the
authenticity of the provided record, the only information that Strategicon
will retain about this record is you name. If anything goes wrong, reload
the page and try again; and please be patient, as processing digital images
or screenshots of QR codes of proof of vaccination takes several seconds.

If any part of that doesn't describe you--either that you have someone in
your party who needs to provide a negative COVID test, or wasn't vaccinated
in California, or you just don't want to--please bring proof of vaccination
or a negative COVID-19 test and we'll see you at the con.
