[Deptheads] Broken Badges

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Hi Department Heads,

The following badges aren't mapped back to volunteer's accounts, and thus
won't let them register for games or access discord:

If these are for people who have accounts, please update the email
addresses on them (so the system can link them up); if it doesn't work as
given to you, try the email in all lowercase letters. If they don't have
accounts, kindly ask them to make accounts, since they won't get a discord
invite otherwise. :)
