[Deptheads] Broken Badges

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Thanks on Eberle--my usual contact for the Home Game Entertainment group
gave me their emails, and those two didn't work, and I haven't heard back
on follow up. Gonna try again tomorrow with the last one.
