[Deptheads] Reminder, planning meeting at noon today

[Strategicon Department Heads]

An addition to what went right with Gateway that segues into kinda new things to do at Orccon.
The Family Area’s move to Catalina A was met with general approval. While we saw very few kids (go figure), everyone who visited, especially those familiar with the old setup thought the move offered a lot of potential.

To Mike James, looking forward to continuing this experiment. Also, be aware that many of the tables outside of the Family Area will be needed between 5 and 6 pm every Sunday for Victor’s kids only event. Given how few kids were at Gateway, it looked like it collected all of them and their parents. Even that many would not have fit in Catalina A. He’ll need space to expand to prevent over crowding.
