[Deptheads] Covid Check Schedule for Dept Heads

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Please find below the Covid Check schedule. While it is subject to some
changes, none of your shifts (department heads) will be altered.

To wit, Eric, Malakai, Mike James, Kristi, and Jim are all currently on
this schedule. I'll be sending out the training documents a bit later this
week. For the moment, please take note of your shifts and read the current
Covid Mitigation policy to familiarize yourself with it before working at
the Check station. (Other department heads might consider also giving it a
refresher while the link is fresh. All of us being on the same page and
familiar with the policy makes the convention look that much more
professional as a business.)

We generally ask that our volunteers at Covid Check wear an N95 or
equivalent mask while at the Check station, as it is a high-exposure
position to the public and we want to be good role models of recommended
mitigation behavior. I will be bringing some for use by my volunteers, and
you are welcome to have one if you'd like.
