[Deptheads] Volunteers! (attn Library especially)

[Strategicon Department Heads]

 I can use an extra person for Dealers Room to rotate out watching the doors (checking badges for entry) and helping inside Dealer Room with vendors, sales, HQ, t-shirts, raffle, etc.
Saturday and Sunday8:30am - 10:30am Open shift5:00pm to 7:00 pm. Close shift ( important as I am running a kids' event in family area 5-6)
If the same person wants to run those 4 shifts (8 hours total) I will personally buy them an orccon 2022 t-shirt (swags them up and helps our sales)

Correction, I now have zero coverage. My one volunteer is unable to attend.

So, my needs are now, Sunday 7-8pm, must have coverage. No one I know will likely be available.

Saturday 7-8pm and Sunday 5-6pm would really appreciate, as it will make Eric’s and my life a lot easier. Yes, Eric maybe my only back-up for these times in particular.

Any other hours between 10am and 7pm Saturday and Sunday would be nice.
