[Deptheads] Payouts information

For those who haven't gotten to me yet, you've still got a couple of days.  After which you're going to have to find me at con.  Not the most daunting feat, but still...
If I don't have Dept Head information on a Payout coming to me (and yes, Dept Heads only) then your players will be dismayed as I go out and search you down to confirm that this indeed is your wish.  And believe me, I've had my share of "...but I'm only here today and I have to leave in X minutes/hours!!!"  Please don't leave them in the lurch.
