[Deptheads] OGL Panel.

[Strategicon Department Heads]

It would be a great way to advertise if we can watermark the video and
stream it during the discussion (assuming it takes place). Ever rewatch can
be clearly stamped Strategicons: ORCcon

With as much attention as the topic has had lately, it wouldn't be hard to
note this on social media platforms as taking place (reddit, fb, twitter,
twitch, etc), in prominent groups.
