[Deptheads] Made it back alive ...

[Strategicon Department Heads]

It was a great convention.  Lots of smiling faces and people excited to be
back to full gaming!
We were busting at the seems.
Mike and I came up with a new table layout for Open gaming that fits:
30 rectangle and 20-25 round tables into the room:  dividing the room in
half with rectangles in the south and round in the north.  We ran out way
too soon on Saturday and had to evict table reservationists (those who
would plop there stuff down and go elsewhere) to make room for people to
play.
I know we also had 3 sets of table in the games in demand area, they
blocked them off from their area, making them available to open gaming
throughout the weekend.

Thank you Adventurers league for letting us have two tables to try and
cover some of the open spots where we did not have tables, yet needed them
for players.
