[Deptheads] Schedule proof

[Strategicon Department Heads]

The games are all there and look good. The only thing under PTW is the
hours which are wrong.
"East Foyer (Hours: Friday 1 pm — 9 pm, Saturday 9 am – 9 pm, and Sunday 9
am — 5 pm.)"

Should be Friday noon - 6 pm, Saturday 9 am - 6 pm, and Sunday 9 am - 4 pm.
I've got GMs running other stuff in the evenings, and we found we really
don't get traffic after dinnertime.
