[Deptheads] This might be it

[Strategicon Department Heads]

This is a comment about the map that could be fixed for Orccon. The rooms
have the hotel name in them AND a number to the legend that has the same
name. Example below. Maybe we should add the normal usage to each room.
Some say "Family Games", maybe add something like "LARPS Events" to the
legend lines that don't have anything other than the hotel room name.
Either that or remove the numbers that don't have additional info to add to
the legend.
