Miniatures needs to be in the ballroom (loading dock issues), the dealer room needs to be across the hall (more loading dock issues). Boardgames and Open Gaming will not be together in this location. The air for downstairs and upstairs apparently are linked, so the more they turn up the air downstairs, the colder it gets upstairs. If they don't turn it up enough, downstairs becomes unbearable, so they keep it pretty high anf boardgames and miniatures gets pretty cold. Maybe something that is a bit high and has a number or a card or whatever. Sometimes people in open gaming are looking for players, but they might be doing a filler or something while waiting for people to come.
