</font><div>Department Heads,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>As was discussed at the Meeting, we will need to label and inventory
ALL CONTAINERS that will be put into storage. Be prepared to do this at the
convention as it needs to be completed before the end of the convention.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>1. LABEL YOUR CONTAINERS - Each container must have a label that will not
simply be peeled off or rubbed off. Each label must identify the department and
number of the container (i.e. Registration 1 or Registration A). These labels
must be on the long sides of each rolling container (hinge side and latch side,
not the top). On other than rolling containers, it must be marked on the longest
side so it can be easily read when stacked.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>2. INVENTORY YOUR CONTAINERS - I have attached a simple inventory form you
can use. You will need 2 copies of each container inventory, one you keep and
one goes to the Quartermaster. If you like you can put a copy in the container
itself, but the purpose of these forms is to know what we lost if a container
goes missing.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I will have more information later about staging your stuff at the con on
Monday, picking up your stuff on Friday, etc., but this needs to be prepared for
in advance. </div>
