Hi All,

Thanks for all the paperwork being turned in. And thank you to the Payouts Crew for processing and sorting it.

It's been a while since I was this early looking at the winners data. The winners list should be ready by the end of the week.

First, a note from Payouts, white, pastel or high contrast colors for the paper please. Dark green doesn't work, the yellow was fine, the orange was ok, and red can work if all other viable colors are taken. Yes, for those who know their color temperatures, deep cool colors, very hard to read, deep warm colors can work.

The # events is what is listed on the website.
Tournaments below include Sponsored and Special, unless they are labeled Demos or 101 in the title, or are known not to be a tournament by me. Demos include 101s.
The numbers below reflect the data received from Payouts when they shut down. Plus emails. And any paperwork I found in the payouts folders. If you turned it in to payouts and don't think it's listed, I'll look again. Otherwise, who did you give it to?
# Events is all types of events, Tournaments to Demos.
The data is comma delimited, so you can copy it into a file for CSV into a spreadsheet, I hope.

Department, # Events, Missing Tourn, Events, Demos, # Missing, % Missing
Traditional Card,3, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0%
Boardgames, 399, 0, 5, 6, 11, 3%
Collectibles, 92, 2, 2, 0, 4, 4%
Computer, 10, 1, 0, 0, 1, 10%
Miniatures, 70, 7, 3, 1, 11, 16%
War Games, 19, 0, 3, 0, 3, 16%
LARPs, 8, 0, 2, 0, 2, 25%
General, 13, 1, 10, 0, 11, 84%
Non-RPG Total, 611, 11, 25, 7, 44, 7%

Other RPGs, 110, 14, 95, 0, 109, 99%
Pathfinder, 77, 0, 77, 0, 77, 100%
Advent League, 42, 0, 42, 0, 42, 100%
Totals w/ RPGs,840, 25, 239, 7, 271, 32%

We're down to 7% missing data, with the RPG department not accounted for. :)

I would like to see the Missing Tournament column be all zeros for Gateway 2015.

Remember, I need paperwork stating any DNRs and a reason why. All events listed on the website should be accounted for. Only exceptions are opening and closing hours, and certain general events and seminars (which were not included in the numbers above).

We also still need more focus on sheets being complete. How I see it...
1. All game events should list winners or why there are none. Co-op game is a common reason, but i don't know what games are co-ops, so label, and co-op teams says to me, a team won, so I need to know who. Also, not enough players for payouts, does not mean to me not enough players for placing.
2. Who actually showed up that signed up.
3. Badge numbers, if I don't see badge numbers then I assume the GM didn't check for badges.
4. Label DNRs and non-winning events, so I know the paperwork is complete.

General Events: Someone needs to take responsibility for generating and making sure paperwork is filled out. These include Improvs, Seminars, and Movies. We just need attendance badge numbers and names, or DNRs.

Miniatures: Please start using a format more consistent with Boardgames and Collectibles. We can work on getting your extra info in the format. Need the DNR check box and a column for checking off who actually played.

Other RPGs: I'm hoping you have the paperwork, please hold onto it and get to me at Gateway at the latest.

Pathfinder and Adventurers League: I just need who played when, names and badge numbers, or DNRs. I didn't expect any info at the con, but soon would be nice.

Wargames: You had an event that was titled Tournament, but designated a Demo, that doesn't work.

Collectibles: Similar to Wargames, Demos listed as Events, Tournaments listed as Events. When I see weirdness like this I assume the title is correct.

Great work everyone!!!
