have the email address for the names, and the badges need the vendor

everyone who can enter badges can see all the badges of the badge types
you have access to. How much more oversight do we need? If you see
potential abuse, point it out to Eric A. and Tracy.

system as we confirm them, not right before pre-reg gets turned on or
right before the con starts. It's intended to make both Eric A's and
Tracy's lives a little less stressful in the weeks right before the con.

registration, we would prefer you be the one entering them. That's all
Vendors, Games Masters, Volunteers and Senior Volunteers. People outside
these four usually have to be approved first, so Eric A or Tracy will be
