If I have people come to me <u>after</u> a game is done with a payout request that is not on my list, I will not authorize the payout until I hear from THE DEPARTMENT HEAD. I realize there will be the occasional payout request made by someone who THINKS it should be paid out (but has no standing whatsoever), which is why it is critical for me to have this information timely.
