Ladies and gentlemen,

It is with the heaviest of hearts I have to inform you that over the weekend, our friend and colleague, Tim Keennon passed away after a massive heart attack. 

I don't have many details and am at a complete loss for words. I wish I had something to say here to make it easier for those who will miss him, myself included, but I doubt such words exist.
