That said, this really isn't a big surprise nor disappointment. We expected to force more people to pre reg this time due to the badge wall. That clearly happened -- if you assume that this moved about 50 people to pre reg that normally wouldn't (just over 5 percent), the numbers are pretty much spot on. Also, the flu hit us pretty hard -- no way to know but it probably cost us over 50 people, including GMs. Our at the door was less than Gamex last year and below Orccon 2016 and 2017 (above 2015 and before) but as noted before, our pre reg numbers were the highest ever by a considerable margin.<br>
