Hi,

I do believe I mentioned this around Gateway.

The Game System/Name, Game Scenario/Title, and Event Type should all be displayed on the paperwork. Some departments can list them all on the first line called “Title”. Otherwise, it would be preferable to have them in three sequential fields.

The Game Scenario/Title can be in italics if you want or need a slight difference between the fields.

Most affected departments are the ones that don’t list Event Type on all paperwork.
Please add the Event Type for Orccon 2020.
LARPs
Miniatures
Party
RPGs

I would really love to see an adaptation of each department’s tournament paperwork used for all events.

Would these departments please reorder all paperwork to put the Event Type right after the Game System/Name and Game Scenario/Title. Vertically or Horizontally as soon as you can. Yes, I duplicated some departments, because they have two paperwork formats.
Miniatures
RPGs
Video
War

I would really love for us all to have the same information and similar format on our paperwork by the end of this con season.

Thanks,

Tanya
