Just because some game types are also department hosts does not change the fact ING is not a game type.</div><div class=""><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""><div class="">As soon as I have the time, I will be adding a Host list to the search criteria. At that point ING, Pathfinder, Adventurers’ League, Family Area, etc will be placed there. These are groups or departments that aren’t game types.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Eric and I have been discussing this on and off. There are plans to explicitly separate game type from host. GM host options will be determined by game type. For example, RPG game type will have the host options of RPGs, Pathfinder, Adventurers’ League, Family Area. Miniatures will have Miniatures and Family Area. Only admins (department heads, etc) will have access to all hosts for the purpose of moving events to a different host department.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""><div class="">That said, ING is a gaming group/department like Pathfinder. If they are to remain the primary at least for this con, I need to figure out how to set the secondary type as the color. Will work on this.</div></div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Tanya</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""><div class=""><div><blockquote type="cite" class=""><div class="">On May 15, 2020, at 6:20 PM, Strategicon Department Heads <<a href="mailto:deptheads@strategicon.net" class="">deptheads@strategicon.net</a>> wrote:</div><br class="Apple-interchange-newline"><div class="">Message From: Mike James <a href="mailto:minis.tyrant@gmail.com" class="">minis.tyrant@gmail.com</a><br class=""><div class=""><div dir="auto" class="">Ing should be primary. <div style="word-wrap:break-word" class="">Hi Angelica,<div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I understand your concern.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">The host has the edit access. If no host is defined, then primary as the default host has edit access. That’s where your problem came in. Your GMs have to list Indie as the primary, because they don’t have access to the host field. What you need to do is list Indie as host then switch Indie to secondary. It can be done in one edit, but setting the host lets you move to secondary and still retain edit access.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Playtest is a classification like Tournament or Demo.
