It’s time! Are your plans in order for Gamex <http://www.strategicon.net/>, May 27-30, Memorial Day weekend at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport? The deadline to register your game or event is Friday, May 6. Pre-convention game sign-up begins at noon the following day.

Hotel Update

Hotel rooms are still available at the convention rate of $105/night. Want a King? Book a Double and change it to a King when you check in; those are instructions directly from the hotel.

Friday rooms are sold out in the current block, but we can’t open the second block until the first sells out unless we wish to drop the remaining rooms in the first block. The most inexpensive option is to book Sat/Sun in the current block, then add Friday when the second block opens. You will not need to switch rooms. We are holding the first block open until Friday at noon or until it sells out. The second block will open Friday at noon.

All About the Games Since 1984

Hundreds of games are already scheduled for Gamex; highlights include Circus Maximus, the Power Grid World Tour, Gaming 101 sessions for beginners, large-scale Werewolf and a Catan National Championship (CNC) Qualifier. Stay until Monday to strut your mayoral stuff in our Machi Koro MEGA tournament!

Attention, Adventurers! The Maimed Virulence is at hand, but there is hope. Join the Dungeons & Dragons Adventurers League for the Season 4 Epic, “Reclamation of Phlan”, a massive cooperative event on Saturday, May 28 at Warhorn.net <https://warhorn.net/events/gamex-2016>.

Naturally, we will also bring our library of 700+ games, Paint and Take miniature painting tables, live-action roleplaying, special guests and prime shopping at our Dealer Room and Flea Market.
