The fortieth annual Orccon <http://www.strategicon.net/> is next weekend, February 17-20! In one short week and a few brief hours, we hope you’ll be playing some of your favorite games with some of your favorite people at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport hotel. Convention pre-registration ends this Monday, February 13.

Play with the Responsible Party!
Many game designers will be running their own games at Orccon, including special guests Michael Tan (Many Parsecs of Space, Sturm Europa) and Michael Eskue (For the Win). Playford Games will test your ability to make decisions in five dimensions with Moral Conflict, while Thug Life creator Jason Serrano invites you to play or get played.

Games on Demand
Need some good news? We will offer role-playing Games on Demand to our attendees all day Saturday. Explanation: We have a pool of GMs available to run a list of games. You have a couple of hours to spare and want to play something fun and unique. Show up and play is the way! Stop by the RPG HQ on the second floor to see what is available and make some stories come to life!

Unspeakable Games
This Orccon, we have partnered with Chaosium Inc. (RuneQuest, Mythic Worlds, the Basic Roleplaying system) to bring you more Call of Cthulhu than your fragile mind can possibly withstand! A group of terr-ific GMs will run organized CoC all weekend with great prize support. Try it if you dare...

Gentle reminder: the hotel’s outside food policy for the most part is still in effect. If you plan to eat outside food at the convention, please do so in your hotel room or the third-floor courtyard.
