[Deptheads] New Radisson contact

I have run conventions that have been on 3 floors and 2 buildings
(Cleveland), so yes, it can be done on multiple floors. the BEST layout would be one
floor for everything, but properly laid out (we would have a year to plan it
if we go this route), it can actually go from "spread out" to "friendly and
intimate" with each department getting it's own attention.

Generally, I would agree but I guess it depends on how it is divided. If
RPGs are on one level, BGs on one and minis on another (with CCGs and other
things in there somewhere) - is that a major problem?

The big problem I see with the Sheraton is that the space is divided between
a few floors, and as we saw at the Westin, it makes the con feel like there
are a lot less people there there there really is. . Where we are not most
everything is on one floor making a much better atmosphere.

The Sheraton has only 16,000 feet of convention space -- they weren't in the
running.

alert that tells them they will need to park across the street at the Quik
Lock parking lot. Didn't we pay extra for free parking? I thought that the
parking was only under construction for the bank parking lot.
