Definitely a concern here...but best plan would be to have registration and  
dealer's room on first floor (first thing seen, no elevators for dealers to 
deal  with).
 
One of the problems with Strategicon before was that everything WAS  
independent of each other, but keeping our staff from thinking "my department is  the 
reason people come here" will alleviate that as well.

convention is  smaller than it really is, and keeps people isolated by
department.   While there are definitely gamers who play only one type
of game, there are  also many who like to play multiple types, and
separation makes it more  difficult for them to do so.  It's also
