I really think the only way we will get the space we need and have
everything on one floor is get a convention center and not a hotel. Hotel's
just don't design their space for what everyone wants.

I see this a good thing that we are growing and are needing more and more
space. If we can get costs under control I think we could start considering
the more expensive convention space.

I think what we need to do is quantify how we are growing. We need to know
what areas need help to grow, what area's are successful and how we can use
that success is areas that need help, and when we really need to make that
transition to more space (a different hotel or convention center).

I hear a lot of opinions and guesses at numbers but no real hard facts. How
many people were just at the last con to role-play, how many role-played and
board gamed, I hope you get the idea.

I know everyone has a opinion on what they think is important, shouldn't we
be sneaking facts to make sure before we throw money at it?

Happy Friday =D

The wages of sin are death, but by the time taxes are taken out, it's just
sort of a tired feeling.
