[Deptheads] More parking info

If we are considering all suggestions, I suggest we need someone to scour Burbank airport area and the John Wayne Airport area of Orange County for convention space.  

  Maybe the con needs a clean break from LAX.

Gateway 2007 is being considered in the move.

Gamex 2007 is unrealistic to move in less than 4 weeks.

Our options at this time are
Sheraton Gateway [Not the best layout, but they have all dates free, including Gateway 2007.]
Hilton [Pretty good layout. Dates haven't been checked yet.]
Westin [Workable layout. Dates haven't been checked yet.]

We highly recommend as many people as possible visit both these above locations asap and see the layout and potential difficulties for themselves. This goes double for department heads that are actually in the area.

Radisson [Great layout, but you all know the problems by now.]

We're considering all suggestions.
