Perhaps my view is short-sighted...but I think if we are going to 
provide a lockable room for a game such as this we should make our money 
back. 

In other words, if the Raddison charges us $5 a square foot (made up 
number), we should get badge sales that exceed that in order to provide 
that space.  I don't want to turn anyone away, but part of why I would 
get a room when I ran miniatures games is so I had someplace to store my 
stuff.  Alternatively...could not they pick up their stuff and we could 
lock it in that room behind the dealer's room?
